• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Soitmed provides a platform for managing medical equipment maintenance, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling and tracking maintenance requests
• Managing maintenance contracts
• Tracking medical equipment and devices
• Communication between customers and technicians
• Spare parts and inventory management
• Performance reports and analytics

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Some of our services may be subject to fees. All fees will be clearly displayed before completing any transaction. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but you will be notified in advance of any changes.

4.2 Billing

Services will be billed according to your contract terms. All invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe. Late payment may result in service suspension.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Please contact our support team to discuss any billing issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software available on the Soitmed platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Soitmed or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without our express written permission.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Soitmed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of business or opportunity
• Cost of procurement of substitute services

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding six months.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Some contractual obligations may be subject to early termination terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
